Great Creators: FIS Starts Testing Two Lines of Complex CreaSweet

In June FIS started testing two powerful lines of complex CreaSweet for the Ukrainian factory RODINA, a long-standing and loyal customer of FIS.
For more than seven years the factory has had automatic lines for making stuffed gingerbread cookies and marshmallow products in the form of camomiles, bars and other shapes, with stuffings of two colours and tastes. The success of product innovations in Ukraine and Europe led to the decision to purchase the two automatic CreaSweet lines.
The market has shown the final buyer wants a table decorated with quality food. The new lines offer the chance to make cakes, wafers, marmalade and marshmallow products, along with long-storage items. It also allows factories to put Polish cookies and zephyrs (marshmallows) on disks of fruit candy, and cream, zephyrs and fruit candy on soft Viennese wafers.
It is possible to combine doughs and stuffings with subsequent batches. This method is used in Orenburg, where cups of vanilla-chocolate in the form of roses are decorated with coconut powder and jam. The line fills products such as Bounty bars and marshmallow bars with stuffing. RODINA is famous for YO-MOE bars, a popular brand that is much more interesting and tasty than Snickers.
Through the block-moulding of chocolate cups and a deposition system, further lines of CreaSweet will allow confectionery masses of different types such as irises, halvahs, creams, fruit candies, marshmallows and wafers to be crossed, producing unique pastry cakes such as the famous Russian product Bonjour.
