Elin - Filo Production, Pizza Production, Bread Production Lines and Dough Mixing Equipment

Elin specialises in food processing machinery. Our industrial lines range from bread, pizza and filo lines, to horizontal mixers, shock freezers and blast chillers.

FILO EXTRUDING LINES

Elin produces filo in two ways – extruding and laminating – through its filo laminating and extruding lines (or thin dough lines).

There are two extruding-machine types, which have productivity of 200kg/h to 400kg/h (depending on the thickness of the filo), and provide thicknesses of 130µm to 600µm. Extruding lines have the ability to dry the filo to a desired humidity of 27% of 30%, suitable to be distributed to the market.

FILO LAMINATING LINES

Our filo laminating machines can be adapted for producing any filo recipe, and due to the nature of the process (which is based on producing filo by gradual lamination), there is no stress applied to the dough.

Our automatic filo-production lines therefore produce filo of superior quality, and similar in texture and taste, to a hand-crafted one. Depending on the desired product and production needs, our filo laminating and extruding lines can produce a filo sheet (dough leaves) of 50μm (0.05mm) thickness.

The produced filo (from both extruding and laminating lines) can be used either for distribution in its current state, or for immediate production of other products, such as spring rolls, pies, tortilla, baklava, yufka, rolled products, burek and samosa.

PIZZA PRODUCTION LINES

Our pizza production lines can produce pizzas and lahmajoun in any shape, size and thickness you desire, in large quantities.

Our pizza production machines provide an innovative way of producing pizza base: by laying the base inside a shaped tray, or by laying the base on a conveyor without stressing the dough. They have an operational-speed adjustment capability.

Constructed from Inox steel and material suitable for direct contact with food, a large variety of shape and size of pizza production lines are available to provide a range of final products.

Automatic scrap return in the dough hopper provides 100% dough utilisation, and our pizza lines can produce 2,000 to 9,000 pizzas per hour, depending on the model. Our pizza production machines also provide the possibility for automatically putting the topping (such as sauce, cheese, tomato, pepper, meat, etc.) on the pizza base, and can also produce lahmajoun.

BREAD PRODUCTION LINES

Elin has extensive machine variety in industrial bread production lines, including baguette lines, flat bread lines, ciabatta lines. Our bread production products provide:

  • Fully automatic production for ciabatta and baguettes
  • Flat bread and bread line equable products, without stressing the dough
  • Large production capability
  • Automatic cutting of the product in the desirable dimension and shape
  • Full Inox industrial construction
  • A quality of final products similar to hand-crafted ones
  • Productivity of 300kg/h to 800kg/h, depending on the model

HORIZONTAL DOUGH MIXING

Horizontal dough mixers are ideal for mixing dough for bread, pizza, and any other kind of hard dough (with less than 40% humidity).

Our horizontal dough-mixing machines have many advantages, including:

  • Stiff construction for better stability
  • Hydraulic bowl overturn
  • Two operational speeds
  • A main motor controlled by an inverter
  • Inox external construction suitable for direct contact with food
  • An Inox bowl suitable for food, with double walls and capability for connecting it with a water cooler for controlling the temperature inside it
  • Built-in humidity and dust-resistant electrical cabinet (including all control equipment), as well as a machine-protection system
  • Two mixing systems: single sigma and straight-mixing shafts

SHOCK FREEZERS AND BLAST CHILLERS

Elin's shock freezer and blast chiller chambers are ideal for maintaining the quality and hygiene of foods, because they terminate the development of bacteria by rapidly decreasing the temperature of the products.

The main advantages of using our shock freezer and blast chiller chambers are the high quality in which they maintain food at all times, better company organisation, and the lesser weight-loss suffered by the food they contain. The capacity of these shock freezer and blast chiller chambers varies from 10kg to 450kg.
