CONTINUOUS AERATION MIXERSBollin Dale continuous aeration mixers are extensively used in bakery and confectionery applications. Bollin Dale have encompassed the latest design and machining technology to formulate a more effective tooth design and pattern to provide for an enhanced mixing action. The mixing head may be used as a complete mixing / aeration system to form an aeration product with closely controlled specific gravity and uniform cellular structure. HOLD AND PRE-MIX SYSTEMSBollin Dale offer a full range of product preparation and holding systems to operate in conjunction with either our continuous aeration mixer and depositing systems or similar customer equipment.
BISCUIT ALIGNMENT AND FEEDER SYSTEMSBollin Dale are able to offer a full biscuit aligning and feed system to accept biscuits from the oven-cooling band. This allows the biscuits to be separated in uniform rows, they are released through a roto-liner in uniform rows to either a turnover unit for sandwich products or directly onto the pacing depositing conveyor. JACKETED TANK PUMP UNITThe pump tank units consist of a jacketed hopper of 60L to 120L capacity supported by a stainless steel frame with castors for easy movement. A mono-type pump is under mounted on the tank, with an auger infeed should the product require it. STATIC MIXER AND INJECTION EQUIPMENTBollin Dale design and manufacture a range of static mixing systems for blending of a single product. By the application of a dosing system and inline injectors, colours, flavouring or acids can be introduced into the product flow. COMPLETE PIE AND TART MACHINESBollin Dale produce multi-line confectionery and pie machines, individually designed in close co-operation with the customer to meet their requirements. Bollin Dale also rebuild and supply spares for existing equipment. DUSTER UNITS AND PIE LID, BASE DIES AND CUTTERSBollin Dale produce units for sprinkling of icing sugar, semolina flour, nuts, salt etc. either in sheet or small area coverage. Bollin Dale also performs in-house design and manufacture of die assemblies, from the 50mm tart to the 250mm plate series. Also available are parts for existing depositors and extruder cams for Asser pie machines. SUB-CONTRACT MACHINING Bollin Dale specialise in sub-contract machining small to medium size batch quantities, with particular emphasis on CNC milling and turning. The company is also an equipment supplier to the food, confectionary and pharmaceutical industries. To ensure Bollin Dale can supply the correct product, at an economic rate, at the correct time, the company has had a policy of continuous investment in plant and personnel since its foundation in 1954.
