COMPANY HISTORY

Today's modern food industry would not be possible without both the storage and distribution capabilities of low-temperature storage and distribution facilities. In 1955 at Johnson, Arkansas, Zero Mountain undertook operations as the first commercial cold storage facility in Northwest Arkansas and one of the earliest in the United States. Beginning in what had been a limestone mine with 25,000ft² of freezer space, the company has grown to more than 30 million cubic feet of below-zero capacity with locations in Fort Smith, Johnson, Lowell and Russellville, Arkansas.
