For example, the climate control, temperature and humidity, of bread after the baking process can affect the yield and quality of the bread. Normally the bread loses moisture after the baking process and the taste of bread becomes stale. The customer provided the information of how to make the best quality of bread and MYCOM embodied their idea with our cooling system. Finally the customer and MYCOM developed a total new processing system that prevents the weight loss and improves the quality of bread. This is the way we always work with customers.

MEAT PROCESSING AND DEBONING MACHINES

We also provide food processing robots for poultry and red meat such as turkey / chicken leg deboning machine, fresh pork ham deboning machine, and fresh pork shoulder deboning machine. Since the most companies are paying extraordinary labor costs or having difficulties finding skilled workers, these robots can bring a lot of benefit to customers because the robots reduce labor costs and increase the productivity of the processing line. THERMO-JACK INDUSTRIAL FREEZER

MYCOM THERMO-JACK industrial freezer can reduce freezing time and improve the yield rate of a product due to high-efficiency freezing utilizing a vertical impingement airflow system. The MYCOM THERMO-JACK industrial freezer has shorter freezing time, takes less space and the food product loses less weight during freezing process than with a conventional industrial freezer.

TAKIDAS - WHOLE-LEG TURKEY DEBONING MACHINE

TAKIDAS is the turkey whole-leg deboning machine, with a minimum processing speed of 700 legs per hour. Different turkeys can be applied on the machine such as female / male BIG6 or female / male T9. In this TAKIDAS system, one worker is loading the turkey bone-in legs to the system and the final products are the completely deboned whole leg meat. The final products can be used for brochette, ham or sausage.

HAMDAS - FRESH PORK / HAM DEBONING MACHINE

HAMDAS is the fresh pork / ham deboning machine and it removes hind-shank bones, knee-caps and leg bones at a processing speed of 450 hams per hour. HAMDAS increases productivity, improves yields and reduces production costs through automated precision measuring, cutting and deboning.

HAMDAS processes a variety of pork fresh ham sizes and cuts exactly at the right point according to exact leg bone measurements made by a precision sensor.

WANDAS - FRESH PORK SHOULDER DEBONING MACHINE

WANDAS is the fresh pork shoulder-deboning machine and it removes blade bones, arm bones and fore shanks at processing speed of 400 hams per hour. WANDAS increases productivity, improves yields and reduces production costs through automated precision measuring, cutting and deboning.

WANDAS processes a variety of fresh pork shoulders and cuts exactly at the right point according to exact bone measurements made by a precision sensor.
