Pecan Deluxe produces customised ice cream flavours every year.	We also provide dessert ingredients to customers' individual specifications.	The dairy, bakery, snack and food service markets use our customised dessert additives.
Our customised ice cream ingredients include nut crisps, toffees and candy crunches, praline sweets, chocolate-covered items, baked items and sugar-free ingredients.	Our R&D department has created many innovative and customised desserts, including encrusted nut meals, salad blends, dessert ingredients and ice cream 'paninis'.
