Wodschow - Planetary Mixers

For more than 90 years A/S Wodschow & Co. has developed a complete programme of industrial planetary food mixers with the BEAR Varimixer. BEAR Varimixer is available in 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 40L, 60L, 80L, 100L, 140L and 200L versions with a wide range of special accessories including meat grinders and vegetable cutters.

Our newest planetary mixer systems are ERGO BEAR, which is available in 40L, 60L, 80L and 100L versions with focus on ergonomics and the TEDDY, with the strong new 5L table mixer.

TABLE-MOUNTED PLANETARY MIXER - TEDDY 5L

Due to its compact size, TEDDY™ is a mobile and flexible table-mounted planetary mixer. The range of additional mixing equipment makes TEDDY capable of a range of food processing applications including mixing, whipping, kneading, cutting and mincing. The multifunctional controls are placed ergonomically on both sides of the mixer for ease of use.

Operating the food mixer and mounting tools and bowls is exceptionally simple and requires minimal training. TEDDY creates very low-level noise, despite its powerful motor, and intelligent motor operation safeguards protect the mixer against overloading. Features include:

• Variable speed regulator with five levels, from 70rpm to 400rpm speed settings

VERSATILE FOOD MIXERS - BEAR VARIMIXER

The BEAR Varimixer is available as a table or floor-mounted planetary mixer. Floor mixers are fitted with rubber pads of varying thickness to absorb vibration and compensate for uneven floor surfaces.

BEAR Varimixers are equipped with an easy bowl lift system to hold the bowl in a working position, and a quick release system for removing the bowl. Models can be equipped with stainless steel or transparent plastic safety guard. The mixing bowl is attached with three interlocking pins either side of the bowl arms and on the back of the bowl. Lowering the bowl when the mixing machine is in operation causes the machine to switch off automatically. Another key feature is our electronic speed regulation system.

ERGONOMIC, FLOOR-MOUNTED FOOD MIXERS - ERGO BEAR

Our new ERGO BEAR mixing system is a floor-mounted planetary mixer with rubber pads to absorb vibration. The ergonomic design enables users to mount or remove the tool without needing to insert the bowl into position first. Safety guards are available in either stainless steel or transparent plastic. The mixing bowl is lifted via servo motors, controlled by a switch for servo lifting and lowering, and equipped with variable speed regulation.
